Yellow Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercreme Icing


So, I realized that the eggs were on their last leg and about to go bad. Some people may make omelets, quiches, something remotely healthy. No, I make cupcakes.

    I used the Joy of Baking website. It is listed as Yellow Cupcakes with Chocolate icing.
